Woollybottoms Policies
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Woollybottoms, please
don't hesitate to contact me.  I want to be sure you and your little
one are 100% satisfied and I want you to have a positive
experience with  Woollybottoms.  If you have a problem, It's
simple... tell me about it and we will work on just the right
solution for you.  If you receive a pair of Woollybottoms that just
doesn't feel comfortable, please contact me right away for a
replacement.  If your cover just doesn't fit properly, same
principle applies (I know how hard it is to purchase online with
out the product in front of you).  I do ask that covers that are
being returned be in unused condition.  Once I receive the cover
back, I promptly issue a refund -- same day.  If it is a defect in
workmanship, I also pick up the shipping charges back to me
(via first class mail).   Please contact me within 30 days of your
purchase.  I can also only offer warranty issues to the original
purchaser.
Woollybottoms Return Policy
I am always happy to combine shipping!  It saves you money,
saves me time and packaging.  I can combine ebay wins with
website purchases no problem.  I ship first class mail in the
US (whenever possible) and first class international  to my
worldwide customers.  Of course other shipping methods are
available too.  If you have a special shipping request, just ask
and I am more than happy to help with that.
Shipping Policies
Please, feel free to email me ANYTIME!  And I mean that
sincerely. Emails are normally returned within a few hours
during the week.  I do try to reserve the weekends for strictly
family time.  If I don't answer you just right away, please
remember I am a mommy too.  If I am going to be away for an
extended period of time, I will have an email auto-response in
place.  If for some reason you don't receive a response,
PLEASE email me again. Weird things do happen with emails
sometimes.
